Hello, I am Greig Johnston, owner of Enable One.
As an executive leader and coach, I have worked in the technology sector for over 25 years. My passion, first and foremost, is people, enabling each and every team member to live fulfilling lives and to be the best they can be in everything they do.
Leading diverse international teams, I have mentored and coached leaders from around the world, with an unwavering focus on the human skills required to enable high performance in the technology sector.
As Chief Technology Officer at Insights Learning and Development, I developed a passion for Insights Discovery, an incredible personality profiling solution to improve self-awareness and improve leadership and team effectiveness. I use this at the heart of my work.
